The Parliament and Internet Conference 2011
The Parliament and Internet Conference 2011 on 13th October, was, once again, a very successful event: special thanks go to the secretariat of PICTFOR. There was special buzz throughout the day at this year’s event; buoyed by contributions from Alun Michael MP, Eric Joyce MP, Ed Vaizey MP and others who had recently returned, as part of a large British presence, from the Internet Governance Forum meeting in Nairobi. There was also much talk about the next IGF meeting which will be in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2012.
